Big Bad Bavarian Brunch @ Luna Springs

Terms and Conditions:

•We operate a strict 18 and over policy.

• All guests must show a valid form of photo ID on arrival. Failure to do so may result in you being refused entry.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry and / or stop serving at managers discretion.

• Should a member of your party be refused entry, we can offer a refund for this guest +1 only. The rest of the party can choose to enter or accept a credit note to re-book within the next 3 months.

• We do not offer refunds on any payments made. Should you be unable to attend your booking we can offer an alternative booking date or credit note to rebook within the next 3 months so long as you give us 72 hours notice. If you need to re-schedule due to anything COVID-19 related the same process will apply and we can offer either an alternative booking date or credit note.

• Bookings confirmed on a card authorisation: If you cancel your booking or drop numbers outside of your 72 hour cancellation period or if on the night less than 70% of your party attend we reserve the right to claim your £10 card authorisation per person.

• Although optional, we encourage all guests to wear face coverings when moving around the venue.

• All seating requests will be noted, however, we cannot 100% guarantee a specific area.

• If booking brunch, all guests will be allocated to a table with seating space. All other reservations will have an area reserved made up of a mixture of seating and standing space.

• Luna Springs is a predominantly open-air venue so please ensure you dress weather appropriately. We are not able to guarantee any specific seating requests however we will do our best to accommodate where possible. You may be seated in an uncovered area.

• In the case of any wet weather, we will be on hand with blankets, ponchos, non-stop vibes, to help make sure nothing gets in the way of your celebrations! If you are on an uncovered table and we are forecast extremely wet weather the bookings team will be in contact to advise you of this as soon as possible.

•Please note we are a completely cash less venue and all purchases will need to be completed by card.
