We make fresh sourdough every morning using organic grains from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire. Then we hand-stretch the bases and top with homemade San Marzano tomato sauce.

We always shop for the best ingredients. We love cooking with British ingredients and we love supporting local farms and jobs. The true glory of a Stable pizza is our Glastonbury mozzarella – maybe it’s the festival vibe, who knows, but it’s pizza nirvana… 

Choose from all your sourdough favourites, including: The Blazing Saddle with slow roasted pulled beef, smoked streaky bacon, caramelised onion, roasted peppers and mozzarella; or our vegan Porkless Pepperoni with jackfruit pepperoni and plant based mozzarella.

The last booking is at 15.30. Drinking to excess won’t be permitted and we reserve the right to cease serving at any time. Participants are required to drink responsibly at all times (www.drinkaware.co.uk).
