About SINTILLATE
Spread over 6,000 sq ft, the restaurant follows the principles of Shinrin-yoku, or nature therapy, with floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with light, a calming colour palette and design cues taken from the natural world. However, the best bit has to be the two huge rooftop terraces, with views of Trafalgar Square!
Bisushima combines two elements: “Bisu” represents the “Egyptian god of hedonism and party”, while “Shima” is the Japanese word for “island and sanctuary”. Thrown together, Bisushima’s concept takes guests on a journey from Shima (day) to Bisu (night).
Join us every Saturday and enjoy an exquisite food offering, with a sharing platter to start and a choice of mouth watering main courses; such as Yuan Chicken Risotto, Sushi and Maki selection or Black Cod, along with 90 minutes of free-flowing prosecco, wine or SinShima cocktail (vodka, viola flower liquor, passion fruit and lime)!
Our DJ’s and musicians will be making full use of the venues void sound system to provide the atmosphere and guests are welcome to enjoy the terrace for drinks before or after their brunch sitting.

Restaurant is beautiful- food is delicious- for lunch it is a good portion although rather small. Only disappointment was we were not asked if we wanted anything else- when we asked to see the desert menu one waitress said no, then a couple of minutes later a second waitress asked if we would like desert which we said yes and chose from the menu she gave us. She placed spoons on our table only to return a few moments later telling us the kitchen was closed and we couldn’t have it! I Found this very poor customer service.Apart from that it was a lovely experience
