If I could give 0 stars, I would. I booked this bottomless brunch with a friend to celebrate my graduation—something I’d been looking forward to for weeks. But when we showed up, the place was completely closed. To make things even worse, there was a notice on the door from the landlord, saying they had taken the property back. Seriously? No one had the decency to inform us. No email, no call, nothing. And then, to add insult to injury, we were charged £60 for a no-show—for a brunch at a venue that didn’t even exist anymore! It absolutely ruined what was supposed to be a really special day. I was heartbroken and furious. Thankfully, I contacted the bottomless brunch website and got a refund, but that doesn't change the fact that we were treated terribly. This whole experience was a complete disaster. How can you take bookings for a place that’s no longer operating? It's unacceptable and disgraceful. And while I did get my money back, nothing was done to make up for the emotional disappointment and the day that was completely ruined. I’ll never get that moment back.
