Group Size 2-11 People:
• Card details are required to make a booking.
• Cancellation or reducing party size requires 48 hours’ notice.
• Failure to provide notice or attendance will result in a £20 per person charge.
• Forfeit of payment. No refund for bookings cancelled with less notice or failure to attend.
Group Size 12+:
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellation or reducing party size requires 48 hours’ notice.
• Forfeit of payment. No refund for bookings cancelled with less notice or failure to attend.
General Policies:
• Guests must be over 21 years old on Saturdays and may be asked for ID (passport or driving licence).
• Events, menus, and prices are subject to change.
• A 5% admin charge applies to refunds.
• There is a 15-minute grace period for reservations. Late arrivals will lose reserved time and cannot extend the booking.
• All drinks are limited to one per person at any time, and service ends 90 minutes into the reservation.
• Entry is at the management’s discretion.
Dress Code:
• Friday events and Saturday Brunches require a strict ‘Dress to impress’ code (classy, smart, or glamorous).
• We do not allow any of the following: sunglasses, beachwear, sportswear, loungewear, flip-flops, tracksuits, or baseball caps and all trainers must be box fresh.
• We do not permit any fancy dress or hen accessories including sashes, crowns, veils, props and birthday decorations, including balloons. Please do not bring any of these items with you as entry will be refused. Entry Refusal:
• We reserve the right to refuse entry for non-compliance with T&Cs or suspected intoxication.
• Cancellation charges apply in such cases.
COVID-19:
• Our cancellation policy applies if you test positive for COVID-19 or need to self-isolate.
