We’re on a mission to re-imagine what a chicken restaurant can achieve, whilst dishing out a one of the best bottomless brunches in London.
So we use as much of the bird as we can, finding creative ways to serve not only thigh and breast, but also skins, liver, gizzard and heart.
And we do this using higher-welfare, free-roaming chickens from the Soanes Poultry family farm in Yorkshire, where the birds are fed the highest-quality grain, crafted from years of farming expertise.
Our minimal-waste approach extends to the cocktail menu too – we re-use ingredients from the kitchen that would otherwise go to waste.
And we re-love vintage items by putting them front and centre as our furniture or light fittings. Like the humble ingredients in the kitchen, we try to go back to basics.
