About - The Tankard
Steeped in local history, this Victorian public house was built with a large roof terrace to afford drinkers the opportunity to look over the wall into the infamous Bedlam insane asylum next door.
Bedlam closed in the 1930s and became the Imperial War Museum and now our roof terrace is one of the finest places to host a party in London!
At The Tankard we take Bottomless Brunch seriously.
Bottomless brunch includes – Any brunch main and we’ll keep you topped up with Lost Lager, BrewDog Pale or Prosecco for two hours, for just £35 per person.
Choose from our pub classics – like scampi & chips, or sausage & mash – or check out one of our awesome burgers, from the Beyond Meat burger, to the crispy BBQ chicken burger. Perfect to pair with your favourite craft beer, or prosecco!
