Situated on Bridge Street, The Botanist – Gas Street Basin sits in the heart of Birmingham city centre, with stunning views of the canal.
For slowing down, unwinding, being with friends and seeing what happens. Choose from Botanist Breakfast Butty, Shakshuka, Grilled Chicken, Bacon & Avocado salad and the signature Botanist House Burger and get ready to celebrate the weekend!
Botanista Brunch – £37.50pp
Our new Botanista Brunch provides each guest with a selection of 1 brunch dish as well as 3 drinks selected from the provided list of brunch drinks on the menu.
Bottomless Brunch – £47.50pp
Our new Bottomless Brunch provides each guest with a selection of 1 brunch dish and unlimited drinks selected from the provided list of brunch drinks on the menu. With this package, there is no timing/interval for replacing drinks, it is a constant supply.
Served: Friday & Saturday from 10am until 2pm
November 19th – December 24th
Botanista Brunch will be replaced by Botanista Festive Brunch which offers the same three drinks deal at a £45pp.
The Botanista Festive Brunch will feature the same optional upgrade to Bottomless drinks for an additional £10pp supplement.
During this period, our standard Botanista Brunch will be unavailable. The meal will be a dish from our Festive A La Carte Menu.

A really great restaurant in the middle of the best part of Birmingham. Nice canal view and large terrace.The menu and drink selection is very extensive and everything tastes great.You have to look for a long time to find somewhere with a better atmosphere than this!

What a fantastic find!We visited a couple of weeks ago and to say we were pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. The food options were excellent and importantly for us, Vegan 🌱 & Plant Based options were not only plentiful but incredibly tasty too. We will certainly be coming back here again. There’s a lovely view of the canal if you sit outside (who knew Birmingham had more canals than Venice). The staff and servers were excellent and the quality of the food (and drinks) was excellent. Refill speed was good for the bottomless and great drinks choice. Thanks for such a fantastic experience, see you again soon.
