TERMS & CONDITIONS

We operate a 28-day refund policy. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher issued by the event organiser Tributes Live UK Ltd T/A Brunch Fabulous to use on any event, in any city on any date. Voucher refunds will only be considered 28 days or more before the date of the show. Under 28 days before the show, we regret that bookings are non-refundable or transferable; however, buyers who cannot attend are entitled to find someone else to attend in their place.

Bookings are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.

Please check your booking details, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, we will contact you to arrange a suitable reschedule for your booking. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.

The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may, on occasion, have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons. We always advise our customers to please bring ID.

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. Bottomless service starts at the designated time and will not be extended for latecomers.

The buyer voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the booking is made, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. The buyer voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the buyer from any claims arising from such causes.

Bookings are sold subject to the venue or promoter’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange bookings.

If this booking is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, Brunch Fabulous, or one of their authorised partners or sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

The venue may operate a no smoking policy.

The promoter, venue management and Tributes Live UK Ltd T/A Brunch Fabulous accept no responsibility for any personal property.

The event listed on the booking is strictly for buyers who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

Smaller groups may be buddied up onto larger sharer tables.

Please note, if anyone appears to be overly intoxicated, the venue reserves the right to limit the bottomless offer and service is subject to the rules and regulations of the venue. This follows licensing regulations, and we fully support responsible drinking. Please drink responsibly.

It is the responsibility of the customer to fully check booking details on their booking confirmation to ensure accuracy. Any errors must be raised within 4 hours of booking to be rectified free of charge. Bookings are non-transferable.

Brunch Fabulous reserves the right to amend T&Cs at any time.

Our kitchens cannot 100% guarantee that there will not be very slight traces of gluten in gluten-free dishes. Whilst we follow all hygienic procedures and make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, we operate in a shared environment. If you have a very severe allergy, please take the necessary precautions and make us aware ahead of time.

We work in partnership with our venues to deliver the best experiences possible for our customers. All venues take full responsibility to deliver a quality food and drink product on the day. If, on the rare occasion, your food, drink or service is not up to standard, please make the venue manager aware of your concerns on the day to give them the opportunity to resolve this at the time. Brunch Fabulous has no control over the food, drink or service and will not be responsible for addressing such issues after the event has ended.
