We invite you to join us and step into the vibrant world of Fleets, a lively bar nestled in the shadows of St. Paul’s Cathedral and the site of SINTILLATE’s weekly Bottomless Brunch!
The interiors are spacious and Fleets is bright and welcoming, the highlight of the room being the large, central island bar, which features striking geometric emerald tiles.
Guests can feast on delicious sharing boards to start and then a choice of main course, with dishes like their renowned smash burgers, chicken and waffle, fish and chips, or salmon miso rice bowl.
Guests can also choose from a selection of Prosecco; Aperol Spritz or beer for 90 minutes of free-flowing drinks or upgrade to include Pornstar Martinis or Espresso Martinis (for a £10pp surcharge).
SINTILLATE’s DJ’s and musicians are of course on hand to provide the atmosphere that their Bottomless Brunches are famous for and with up to 120 guests the party will be guaranteed to be ‘rocking’! Book now!

Waited 40 minutes for a drink asked 3 servers for a refill. 4 drinks in the 90mins which I don’t think is value for money but the overall experience and entertainment was good just think the servers let it down

Just amazing! Went in a group of 9 and despite the heat, the bar and waiting staff were all amazing! DJ was the absolute best and the saxophonist just on point! We cannot wait to do it again!
