So we use as much of the bird as we can, finding creative ways to serve not only thigh and breast, but also the less-loved cuts.
And we do this using higher-welfare, free-roaming chickens from the Soanes Poultry family farm in Yorkshire, where the birds are fed the highest-quality grain, crafted from years of farming expertise

Our bottomless offer runs from 11am-4pm on Saturday and 12pm -4pm on Sunday (last seating 2.30pm).
