Known for taking requests, Brigade plays *any song you can think of* – from classic soul songs to modern anthems. With you in charge of the playlist, it’s the perfect time to get glam, dance, and make your Saturday sparkle with music, brunch, and bubbles.
With our talented Executive Head Chef, Jack Smith firmly at the helm and heart of our Restaurant, expect exciting, vibrant dishes and a fresh, ever-updated menu using incredible seasonal ingredients.
Our Bar Manager Jonathan Ecca and his excellent and dedicated team are always creating the most innovation selection of cocktails. With new cocktails always in development and available, live music and all in a luxurious setting; it’s the perfect place for that post-work drink, pre-dinner drink or party!
Brigade will play between 1.15pm – 4pm.

Quaglino’s has such a cool vibe—stylish without being too formal. The live music really sets the mood, and the art-deco interior makes you feel like you're in an old Hollywood movie. The food was delicious and beautifully plated, but not over-the-top fancy. You can tell they care about both taste and presentation. Cocktails were a big highlight—creative and super tasty! Service was friendly and on point the whole night. Whether you're celebrating something or just out for a nice dinner with friends, Quaglino’s is a great pick. I'd definitely come back!

Had a wonderful brunch at Quaglino’s! Live subtle r&b music sung with a cold French Chablis in hand was the theme of the day. Had a very seafood heavy meal selection with everything being fantastic. Highlight was the Monk Fish Ceviche.
