Fantastic time, the pizza was delicious, staff were so friendly and attentive and prosecco kept flowing, a great time celebrating my friends birthday, thank you, we’ll definitely be returning!

Food and drink good . Staff very nice . Surroundings great . Did a bottomless lunch but felt let down as was expecting a lively DJ with dance floor to celebrate my wife’s birthday as that’s what I thought I was booking according to the price and description but it was just quiet background music so not what we were expecting

I booked this 4 weeks in advance for my sisters Hen do. I called up on the day to see if I could move the time back by 30 minutes. Only to be told they didn't have my reservation! The most frustrating part was I had a text message AND email from them the night before asking me to confirm we will be attending?? To which I replied YES. I was told that they would "accommodate" (despite me clearly having a reservation confirmation) but we would have to sit at the front of the restaurant, and they couldn't accommodate untill 3pm. On arrival, the hostess told me we was 30 minutes late!..... So they did have the booking?! As it was booked for 2.30. But obviously I was told to come at 3pm. After only 50 minutes at the table, the waiter told us it was our last drink as our time was running out! It's like they didn't communicate with each other on what had happened and that we'd not even been sat down an hour. We got chatting to a woman in the toilets, who'd group had been through the exact same situation, they didn't have their booking either. Again they had a Confirmation in black and white on their phone. Really unorganised, no apologys, and had the audacity to add a £50 service fee on the Bill. They had a shift change mid meal, and we must say the gentlemen on the 2nd shift were much better than the Women on the 1st shift, but all in all it was a joke. Gorgeous restaurant, the Pizza was OK. But massively let down by the staff. The service did not make it worth it.

Had so many issues with this booking! 1. the team booked in the wrong booking for us, we asked to be booked in for bottomless but were booked in for dinner (as they decided they didnt have any room at the bottomless, but didnt tell us, I rang to confirm booking and only found out then) Booking was then resolved after 2 phone calls with the manager. 2. the staff were sassy/rude on the day, shame as apart from that its a nice atmosphere in there 3. no flexibility around booking - we were running a few minutes late and rang politely to let them know our train was slightly delayed, they then proceeded to tell us they would cancel our booking if we were late. 4. waited a long time for top-ups in between
