SAKURA HIGHBALL BRUNCH AT APOTHECARY EAST
Celebrate cherry blossom season with our homage to an Izakaya tradition. The new Sakura Highball Brunch. Launching on bank holiday, April 7th and then available each Saturday throughout April & May.
Diners can choose to order their highballs individually or upgrade to include bottomless highball cocktails for an additional £27.50 per person. If you would like to take advantage of the bottomless cocktail offer, all individuals within groups must opt in together.
Your brunch experience kicks off with a complimentary drink and snack on arrival followed by a selection of delicious sharing sushi for the table, including Chirashi lucky roll and Spicy salmon rolls.
And then your culinary journey at Apothecary will continue with a choice of one dish per menu category. Star dishes include pork belly and teriyaki chicken thigh skewers, crispy prawn tempura, miso glazed aubergine, Hirata buns, Japanese fried chicken, grilled vegetable skewers from the robata grill and Japanese-inspired desserts to finish.
You can even upgrade with optional free-flowing cocktails for an additional £25 per person, with bottomless cocktails including our signature Coffee Cobbler, a refreshing Summer Cup or our twist on the classic Bloody Mary made with a red wine reduction and yuzu kosho!
This classy and sophisticated brunch is perfect for every occasion and celebration, especially with your favourite people in tow. On Saturday bookings are open from 12PM to 4:30PM with the final seating at 2.30pm. Now all that is left to do is choose your bottomless brunch outfit and round up the troops.
