About - Bottomless Brunch at Impossible
Spread across three floors, Impossible features a bar, theatre and restaurant all of which are stocked full of surprises and secrets.
The restaurant’s interiors are inspired by creator Aaron Mellor’s travels, as well as paying homage to famous Mancunians. There will be private booths and, most excitingly, a hidden gin nest that serves 63 types of gin.
The fun continues in the downstairs ‘Theatre Impossible’, which is set to be an immersive nightlife experience with a catwalk, theatre and private VIP areas. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant operating from 12pm – 9pm.
On Saturdays from 6pm Sunset brunch which has a DJ on, and it is move lively and loud.

All of the staff were great but in particular Raphael, he was an absolute pleasure to have hosting our party and I couldn’t have asked for any better. 20/10 for Raph

Absolutely brilliant the best bottomless brunch I’ve been to! The place was very nice and the food and drinks where amazing. We never had an empty glass.

Fantastic bottomless brunch. Great value for money. Excellent food and drinks were amazing. Big thanks to the staff Leah and Raph…..excellent service from them both and very friendly too. We will definitely be returning in the future !!
