Yes, the ground floor has full disabled access. There is an accessible lift to Santiago bar but not to the Havana bar

Ellie was amazing tonight. Me and the girls had a bottomless brunch on a busy Saturday and despite how busy it was Ellie made it feel like we were the only guests in tonight. She was so attentive and brought such good vibes to our table. Would 100% come back just to have her as our server. Even tho I kept asking her for an espresso martini for free she was professional and charged me more which to be fair i don’t blame her, it wasn’t on the botty b menu 🤣🤣🤣 Brilliant night, would come again just for Ellie!!!

Incredible experience for a large group catch up and Ellie was incredible ensuring that the drinks were constantly topped up, food delicious and filling and atmosphere electric. Only criticism was that the straws did not hold up for the entirety of the drink.

Booked here for bottomless brunch. This is a great bottomless brunch. Plenty of drinks, lovely food and Naomi was amazing (she was so friendly and attentive, can't recommend her enough!) Thank you so much, we will be back for sure 😊

We went for bottomless brunch which was really good fun. We did the premium which I do think is needed as a lot of the better cocktails were on that menu. The food looks like a small portion but it is actually yum!

We attended as a group of six last Saturday. We had pre booked for premium brunch. We were sat for 30 mins without a single drink. After finally getting a waiter to speak to us they said they were busy and could offer us mimosas instead of the cocktails we had paid for. Surely they expect to busy on a Saturday.
