SINTILLATE invites you to join them and experience the pinnacle of London’s social scene at the breathtaking Circe’s Rooftop in Waterloo. From 1:00pm to 4.00pm on the 30th of August. They are hosting an exclusive Rooftop Brunch for up to 200 guests, blending skyline views with the sophisticated, high-energy atmosphere that has become their signature. As the afternoon unfolds, their resident DJs and live musicians will provide the perfect soundtrack to your Saturday celebrations, ensuring the energy remains as elevated as the setting.
The afternoon features a curated two-course brunch menu designed to satisfy every palate. Guests can choose from an array of contemporary mains, including Waffles with Breaded Chicken and Sweet Maple Gravy, a succulent Flat Iron Steak and Eggs with Avocado Chimichurri, or a fragrant Creamy Indian Butter Chicken and Rice. For those seeking lighter or plant-based fare, Circe’s offer a vibrant Mediterranean Shakshuka, a classic Caesar Salad with Breaded Chicken and a delicate Asian-style Pho Tofu Bowl with Noodles.
To complement the cuisine, guests will enjoy ninety minutes of free-flowing Prosecco, Aperol Spritz or crisp Poretti Beer. For those looking to further enhance their experience, an optional £15pp upgrade is available on the day to include bottomless Pornstar Martinis, Rum Punch or Margaritas.

Waited 40 minutes for a drink asked 3 servers for a refill. 4 drinks in the 90mins which I don’t think is value for money but the overall experience and entertainment was good just think the servers let it down

Excellent brunch I would definitely recommend. Lively fun filled brunch,with brilliant music and plenty of drinks flowing and food.
