For meat aficionados, our selection will not disappoint: we propose specific cuts, dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days in Himalayan salt chambers… the tenderness and flavour, are incomparable.

Pasta, often the star of any Italian show, is directly produced daily on our in-house pasta machine. Paccheri, tagliolini, gnocchi…our Pama Parsi pasta machine does not disappoint. Not only is the quality higher thanks to the choice of prime materials, but the flavour is out of the ordinary.
